Refund Policy

Last updated: 19 June 2026 · Version 2026-06-19-v2

1. Digital Product Policy

EduOS provides immediate access to digital educational content upon payment. Because access is granted immediately upon activation, refunds are generally not available after a licence is activated.

2. Web Licence Refunds (PayFast)

Web Licences are purchased via PayFast and processed by EduOS directly. Refund requests may be reviewed under the following circumstances:

  • The application cannot be activated after payment.
  • A verified technical fault prevents access.
  • A duplicate payment occurred.

3. Mobile Licence Refunds (Apple / Google)

Mobile Licences purchased via Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing are governed by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. EduOS does not process refunds for mobile purchases directly — all refund requests for mobile purchases must be submitted to Apple or Google through their official refund processes.

4. Wrong Licence Type

Web Licences and Mobile Licences are separate products and do not unlock each other's platform. Purchasing the wrong licence type is not grounds for an automatic refund. Please ensure you select the correct platform before purchasing. Contact support if you require assistance before purchasing.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not normally be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The user changed their mind after activation.
  • The user no longer wishes to use the application.
  • The user purchased the wrong licence type after activation.
  • The user did not achieve desired academic results.

6. Discretionary Refunds

All approved refunds remain at the sole discretion of the company, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team through the application. Include your account details and a description of the issue you are experiencing. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation. If your jurisdiction provides statutory refund rights that cannot be excluded, those rights shall apply.
