EduOS is not a recurring subscription service. All licences (Web and Mobile) are purchased as one-time payments. There are no recurring charges, automatic renewals or ongoing billing.
A Web Licence (R50, via PayFast) provides access to the EduOS website only. A Mobile Licence (R69, via Apple or Google) provides access to the mobile app only. These licences are separate products and do not replace or unlock each other.
Users may stop using the application at any time. There is no requirement to notify us, and no formal cancellation process is necessary. Simply discontinue use of the application.
Cancellation or discontinuation of use does not automatically create a refund entitlement. For refund eligibility, please refer to our Refund Policy. Access remains subject to the purchased licence terms even if the application is not actively used.
If you wish to permanently close your account and delete your data, please contact our support team. Account closure is separate from simply discontinuing use and involves the deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable data retention laws.
Your licence remains valid for the purchased term even if you stop using the application temporarily. You may resume use at any time during the licence period using your existing credentials.
